Job Summary
Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, electrical, and building exterior issues. Perform repairs on windows, doors, appliances, and flooring while executing painting, drywall patching, and grounds maintenance. Detect faulty operations and defective materials, then report deficiencies to management. Utilize computers and tablets for electronic work order applications and timesheets. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-call rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a maintenance related role
- Completion of relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
- Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets
- Availability to work on-call on rotational basis
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
