Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment, conveyor systems, and facility utilities while performing preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled issues by reviewing blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Collaborate with production employees to address equipment concerns promptly and assist with root cause investigations for continuous improvement. Enter accurate maintenance records into the CMMS and comply with all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
