Maintenance Technician at Waypoint Management responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment community, diagnosing service problems, ensuring units are move-in ready, performing preventive maintenance on HVAC and other equipment, on-call response, plumbing, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and adherence to OSHA standards and safety policies. Required Qualifications
- High school education and some related work experience or training
- EPA Section 608 certification types I and II certification, required
