Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for completing work orders, managing unit turns, responding to emergencies (including on-call shifts), and maintaining high standards across Wallick Communities properties. Must have 1+ year maintenance experience with plumbing/electrical knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities include using our technology to document tasks, preparing units for new residents, handling emergency maintenance, and ensuring proper documentation and certification as required. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Stay certified for required role-related certifications
