The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders using the PO system, preparing for inspections, and ensuring property curb appeal. The technician will handle maintenance requests promptly and maintain security and lighting in common areas and units.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in maintenance tasks
- Ability to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
