Job Summary
Monitor property for repairs and replacements, complete work requests for common areas and units, and perform preventative maintenance. Assess and repair appliances as needed, assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, and maintain a safe work environment. Occasional on-call duties apply with a trip stipend provided if recalled after regular hours. Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

- 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
- Basic knowledge of painting
- HVAC experience
