Maintenance Technician - Villages at Delray

Monitor property for repairs and replacements, completing work requests for common areas and apartment units. Perform preventative maintenance, assess and repair appliances, and assist in preparing vacant units for new residents. Create and maintain a safe work environment, with occasional on-call duties where a trip stipend is provided if called back after regular hours. This role supports the general appearance and maintenance of the Village at Delray, a 144-unit community in Delray Beach, FL, contributing to a great living experience for residents.
