Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for timely completion of work orders and special projects, HVAC knowledge, plumbing and electrical service requests, apartment turns (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair/replacement), servicing residents with strong customer service, diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, on-call emergencies as directed by Property/Service Manager, exterior property upkeep, and housekeeping tasks including occasional snow removal; requires strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and may require certifications/licenses in plumbing/electrical; availability for on-call and weekends; comprehensive benefits package offered.
