Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role at Village Green focusing on timely work-order completion, HVAC, plumbing/electrical service, apartment turns (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting), and on-site maintenance for residents with a strong emphasis on customer service. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred

- availability for on-call purposes and ability to work weekends when necessary
