Job Summary
Complete work orders and special projects, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance service. Diagnose and repair issues while servicing residents with a customer service-oriented approach. Respond to on-call emergencies directed by management and maintain exterior property standards, including daily cleaning and seasonal snow removal. Handle pool and spa maintenance when applicable. This temporary role offers a competitive base pay of $20 plus quarterly bonuses, with potential conversion to full-time employment.

- Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical
- Availability for on-call purposes
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary
- Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
- Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses
- 1-3 year's of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing
- Excellent customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Pre-employment drug testing
