Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Peak Living responsible for bringing units to market-ready condition, completing make-ready maintenance and assigned work orders, assisting with building and common area maintenance, and supporting preventative maintenance programs to maintain property equipment. Requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; EPA and CPO certification are preferred but not required. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are needed; weekend and after-hours emergency services may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management
- Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must communicate in English
