Job Summary
Conduct detailed inspections and preventive maintenance for club buildings and grounds, addressing issues promptly to prevent operational disruptions. Execute landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep while performing routine mechanical inspections of equipment and vehicles. Collaborate with staff to set up event venues, manage logistics, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with specifications. Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, maintain a clean workshop, and complete monthly safety audits. Prepare fireplaces daily, support tennis and pool court operations, and handle snow removal. Maintain meticulous records of all activities and run errands as needed to support club standards across both campuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members, supervisors, and club staff
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and traverse safely over uneven terrain with ease
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds and climb ladders while handling up to 40 pounds
- Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, and pull as required
- Acute situational awareness and visual acuity to identify hazards and maintain safety
- Proper use of all Personal Protection Equipment and adherence to all safety polices
- Commitment to ensuring safe working conditions of all personnel throughout the Club Operations
Desired Qualifications
- Landscaping experience is a plus
- Prior experience is preferred
- Willingness to obtain and maintain certifications such as First Aid and CPR etc.
