Job Summary
Maintain all exterior and interior building areas, including brushing debris, pressure washing, vacuuming carpets, dusting fixtures, mopping floors, and cleaning windows and bathrooms. Perform general painting, plumbing, A/C, carpentry, and electrical work while assisting housekeeping staff with furniture setup during peak times. Clean and maintain pools by vacuuming and monitoring filtration systems and temperatures. Pick up debris throughout the facility and assist the supervisor in obtaining bids. Work in a safe manner, recognizing unsafe situations, with occasional travel required. This role supports Vesta Property Services' 25-year legacy of managing 800 community contracts across Florida's most prestigious communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant building maintenance experience
- Prior electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional travel may be required
