Job Summary
Brush debris from exterior walls, ceilings, and outdoor surfaces; pressure wash as needed. Clean interior and exterior furniture, fixtures, tables, fans, and pool lounge chairs. Vacuum pools, including filtration systems, and pick up debris in and around the facility. Maintain general indoor appearance by vacuuming carpet, dusting fixtures, mopping floors, cleaning windows, bathrooms, counters, and tiled areas. Perform general painting, plumbing, A/C, carpentry, and electrical work. Assist housekeeping staff with setting up and breaking down furniture during peak times. Support supervisor with obtaining bids and general information. Maintain pool and spa cleanliness and temperatures when needed. Work safely and recognize unsafe situations. Occasional travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant building maintenance experience
- Prior electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- CPO preferred
