Job Summary
Complete resident work orders promptly, adhering to 24- and 48-hour guarantees, while performing repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment and common areas in top condition. Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations, oversee vendor work, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents through the Total Quality Make Ready program. Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed, working independently while following company standards and demonstrating attention to detail. This role requires HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred, with experience in multifamily property maintenance. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, as visa sponsorship is not provided. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
- HVAC certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including participation in an on-call rotation
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): Over 75 lbs. Rare need
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): 25 – 75 lbs. Occasional need
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): 1 – 25 lbs. Constant need
- Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
