Job Summary
Assist with daily maintenance operations across multifamily properties, performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances repairs and preventative maintenance. Conduct routine inspections, prepare vacant apartments for new residents under the Total Quality Make Ready program, provide emergency and on-call maintenance support, lead and support the Maintenance Manager, oversee vendor work, and ensure move-in readiness and resident satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification required
- CPO certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including participation in an on-call rotation
- Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.): Over 75 lbs (rare need)
- Experience in multifamily property maintenance, facilities management, or related field
