Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Venterra Realty supporting daily maintenance operations: performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance repairs, and exterior structures; conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance; preparing vacant apartments per the Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program; assisting the Maintenance Manager; leading/assisting with vendor work; and providing emergency/on-call support to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification required
- CPO certification preferred
- Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance or facilities management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including on-call rotation
