Maintenance Technician/ Van Driver

Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, restaurants, offices, and public spaces while adhering to work order policies. Repair air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical fixtures, carpets, wall coverings, furniture, and appliances to manufacturer specifications. Change light bulbs, perform cosmetic repairs, and complete interior and exterior cleaning assignments as needed. Monitor chemical levels in mechanical systems, maintain supply carts, and manage irrigation or sprinkler systems. Respond to alarms, report unsafe conditions, and handle guestroom maintenance requests efficiently. Conduct daily property tours for debris removal and inspect life-safety systems including extinguishers and smoke alarms. Maintain key controls, attend monthly meetings, fire drills, and follow the preventative maintenance program.
