Maintenance Technician - Valley Hill

Monitor property for repairs and replacements, complete work requests for common areas and units, and perform preventative maintenance. Assess and repair appliances as needed and assist in preparing vacant units for new residents. Create and maintain a safe work environment, with occasional on-call duties provided a trip stipend if called back after regular hours. This role supports the general appearance and maintenance of the 72-unit Valley Hill community to foster a great living experience for residents.
