Job Summary
Conduct light maintenance on vacation homes including changing light bulbs, performing electrical tasks, troubleshooting HVAC and plumbing systems, and executing preventive maintenance checks. Perform carpentry repairs, drywall work, touch-up painting, and low voltage connectivity setup for thermostats and routers. Handle landscaping duties such as pressure washing and light gardening, plus manage occasional trash or furniture removal. Maintain tools and equipment in working order while navigating to properties across Orlando, South Florida, and other destinations. Work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment with vehicle wear and tear reimbursement and paid gas expenses.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel, property management, and/or customer service based profession
- Must speak English
- Must have your own pick up truck
- Valid drivers license
- English (Required)

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Caulking, drywall and painting experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, technology set up, power tools
