Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine maintenance and repairs across the property, conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance, responding quickly and professionally to guest service requests, identifying and reporting maintenance issues with proactive solutions, following safety protocols and company procedures, maintaining clean and organized work areas, assisting other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations, and attending required team meetings in a fast-paced, guest-focused resort environment. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong work ethic, multitasking in a guest-facing setting, and contributing to guest satisfaction and operational quality.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (hospitality or facilities preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Appliance repair certification is a plus (or willingness to get certified)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
