Job Summary
Day Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Panama City Beach. Responsibilities include unit turns and make-readies, painting and drywall patching, minor repairs, preparing vacant units for move-in, assisting with daily work orders, general property upkeep, groundskeeping and lawn care, trash pickup, maintaining curb appeal, and keeping common areas clean and safe. Preferred qualifications include 1–3 years of apartment/general maintenance experience, experience with turns/make-readies, lawn care/groundskeeping, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, basic HVAC knowledge, ability to work independently, and strong customer service. Requires valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, physical ability to perform indoor/outdoor work, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Full-time position at 40 hours per week with competitive pay based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience
- Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
- Lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Basic HVAC knowledge or apartment maintenance experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Friendly attitude with good customer service skills
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check
