Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for routine maintenance and repair of production line equipment and associated utilities to ensure high efficiency, stable operation, and minimal downtime. Tasks include performing planned preventive maintenance (PM), recording maintenance results and CMMS data, diagnosing and troubleshooting failures, assisting with complex repairs and equipment modifications, participating in installation/commissioning of new or modified equipment, maintaining technical documentation and SOPs, providing emergency support on shift/weekend/on-call, operating and monitoring plant utilities (air, HVAC, nitrogen, wastewater), tracking energy consumption and preparing energy reports, supporting energy-saving initiatives, and managing contractor safety and compliance (risk assessments, JSAs, training).
