Job Summary
Maintain and repair residential property facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances; perform preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and respond to work orders; ensure safety, quality living experience for residents, provide excellent customer service, assist with scheduling and bidding with vendors, manage invoices, training on safety and fair housing; requires ability to read/write English, operate basic office equipment, strong organizational and communication skills, candidate must hold a valid driver's license and be able to work on-call and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade
- Current driver license and automobile insurance
- EPA Certification (Type I and II) may be required
- HVAC Certification may be required
- CPO certification (pool) may be required
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to drive an automobile
- Ability to cooperate with safety regulations and PPE
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- On-call or pager duties as required
