Job Summary
Maintenance Technician in a senior living community responsible for overseeing the care and maintenance of the physical plant, implementing a preventative maintenance program, and providing timely service responses to residents and staff. Duties include ensuring equipment and systems function safely and in compliance with regulations, managing parts inventory for electrical, plumbing, lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, hardware, and related systems, and maintaining computerized controls for HVAC and other equipment. Qualifications include a High School diploma and an Associate’s degree or equivalent; maintenance supervisor experience and HVAC experience are preferred. EEO employer.
