Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance of metal and optical CNC equipment, PVD coating chambers, and general facilities. Tasks include vacuum pump maintenance (oil/filters, replacements), vacuum leak detection with RGA and Helium detectors, rebuilding magnetrons/electron beam guns/ion beam sources, light machining and fixing of components, tram CNC machines, HVAC filter/belt replacements, light building construction and painting, and lock out/tag out procedures. Excellent written and verbal English communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to coordinate across departments. On-site role in Centennial, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in precision manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
