Job Summary
Install and service production equipment, performing machine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Execute lockout/tagout procedures, install and verify tools, and adjust machinery. Fabricate replacement parts through machining, welding, or fabrication, and design test equipment. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Work without direct supervision and complete other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma with four years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associate degree preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Effectively communicate to internal and external business partners by sharing expertise to encourage accomplishment of shared business goals
- Actively support and collaborate with peers and team members to contribute to overall company success
- Display knowledge of department, applicable products, services and business objectives
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset through continued professional and personal development
