Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for skilled building trades across plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical work, appliance repair, boiler and HVAC systems to maintain/repair or remodel residential and commercial spaces; diagnose and repair issues, maintain service records, renovate homes for move-in, perform snow removal and preventative maintenance, and provide strong resident-focused customer service while working with a team and occasionally on-call during non-traditional hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Comfortable with heights and ladders
- Willingness to work on call and non-traditional hours
- Experience in plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical work, appliance repair, boiler and HVAC repair
- Strong communication skills in English
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Good customer service orientation for residents
