Job Summary
Lead advanced diagnostics and repairs on mobile storage equipment at customer sites, focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues; serve as the primary on-site company representative for customer interactions; perform multi-trade troubleshooting and complex service call repairs; install and service Workplace Ready Solutions and ensure proper setup, safety, and scheduling; document work orders and reports; provide technical guidance to other technicians in the shop; participate in safety practices and maintain organized work areas.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Trade skill training preferred or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, repairing and maintaining equipment and tools
- Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and complex work instructions
- Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make real-time decisions
