Job Summary
Complete assigned maintenance work orders covering exterior and interior building systems, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Maintain inventory of tools and supplies while performing snow removal and common area cleaning. Assess and prioritize daily schedules, ensuring quality control and communicating all issues or emergencies to the supervisor and property manager. Handle special projects as determined by management while adhering to safety protocols and on-call requirements. Requires 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience and ability to work full-time hours with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours
- Frequent body movements including ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors during various weather conditions
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors during various weather conditions
- Frequently may be exposed to outdoor spaces, service areas, or other environments which will, by their nature, have variances in air quality, temperature, walking surfaces, lighting, and other physical aspects
- Potential exposure to substances such as paints, cleaning agents, chemicals, etc.
- A minimum of three (3) years driving experience is required if the position will be responsible for driving or considered to be a driving role
- Physical Requirements: standing, kneeling, lifting, carrying, painting
- Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level
- Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Ability to solve problems involving residents and challenging situations
- Will be available for on-call as necessary
- Actively participates and follows the safety and health programs

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in residential property maintenance is preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and heating systems
