Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and parking lots, including routine service calls, turnover cleaning, painting, and snow removal. Implement preventative maintenance schedules, prepare reports from frequent inspections, and respond to resident service requests, lockouts, and disturbances. Provide on-call coverage for emergency calls while inspecting sites for hazards like oil spills and vandalism. Maintain records as required and work directly with residents and staff in various property conditions. This part-time role requires a high school diploma and experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
