Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb, and ballast replacement. Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities. Coordinate with contractors and inspectors during maintenance, repair, and compliance projects, providing on-site support and facility access. Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed. Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills
- Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators
- Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed
