Job Summary
Maintenance Technician to perform skilled trades across building systems (plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, boiler and HVAC) to maintain, repair or remodel residential and commercial properties; diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, maintain service records, renovate homes for move-in, snow removal, and perform preventative maintenance; work with residents and team members, demonstrate strong communication, be able to move heavy equipment, comfortable with heights, and willing to work on-call/non-traditional hours.
