Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct continuous monitoring of production and process equipment for proper operation, performing PMs, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble machinery while adjusting devices and overseeing equipment changeovers. Maintain production equipment in safe, optimal conditions by following all safety guidelines, NFPA 70E, and NEC standards, and communicate regularly with departments regarding prioritization and malfunctions. Work 12-hour shifts every other weekend to support 24-7 continuous manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- A 2-year technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Industrial Controls

- Allen Bradley RS-Studio 5000

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to transport or move up to 30 pounds regularly
