Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including grinding, mixing, and bag filling equipment, to ensure optimal production. Conduct scheduled inspections on complex machinery, troubleshoot malfunctions, and propose solutions for potential flaws. Collaborate by signaling process deviations, ordering spare parts, and supporting R&D labs and utilities while maintaining a clean, safe work area compliant with all quality and safety regulations. Prioritize tasks and signal potential flaws to leadership, strictly adhering to mandatory work instructions and safety protocols. Requires a High School Diploma, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, and expertise in pneumatic conveying, auger systems, and control wiring. Valid driver's license with a clean record is mandatory.
