Job Summary
Assess and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, fixing defects and performing corrective tasks based on inspection results. Diagnose equipment failures, evaluate severity, and execute hands-on repairs or overhaul work per instructions. Flag potential issues early, suggest long-term solutions, and participate in complex maintenance projects. Operate within a 12-hour shift schedule rotating between days and nights. Apply strong data analysis skills to manage maintenance operations and root cause analysis. Required Qualifications
- Millwright or formal education or qualification in field of maintenance and mechanical, including a bachelor's degree or diploma
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing field or engineering industry
- At least 10+ years of solid background in manufacturing with experience in production and maintenance management
- Previous experience in the industrial maintenance
- Ability to work in 12 hours shift, 3 days/nights a week. Weekly rotation
- Ability to bent, twist, lift and carry- 5 to 10 kgs of weight occasionally
- Strong manufacturing background with experience in maintenance
- Attention to detail with good data analysis skills
- Knowledge of EAM, for maintenance operations, contractors' management and root cause analysis
- Must already be authorized to work independently in the country where the position is based
- Must undergo a criminal background check
- Must undergo physical/drug testing (USA role only)
