Job Summary
Perform daily repair and maintenance services for all operation areas, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds. Maintain cleanliness of exterior and interior facilities by emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture. Identify supply needs and report to the supervisor while adhering to a regular attendance schedule. Work in varying conditions including outdoor weather and near moving mechanical parts. No certifications required; English reading and speaking ability may be necessary for customer or equipment communication.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak English
- Less than high school education
- Up to one month of related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
