Job Summary
Trinity Oaks HR is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance on equipment, operating a two-way radio, and interacting with teammates, residents, and vendors. Key duties include directing emergency personnel as needed, maintaining online work orders, and other tasks determined by the Maintenance Director. A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience is preferred for this role.
