Maintenance Technician

Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds, and painting repairs as necessary. Implement preventative maintenance measures and maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Complete inspections of offices, guest rooms, and all other areas of the hotel. Experience operating snow blowers and small hand tools is required. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Dental and vision insurance are offered.
