Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at TREK Development Group for Manchester Commons (86 units); perform inspections and basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests and on-call emergencies. Duties include HVAC-related tasks (filters, belts, thermostats), windows/doors, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, and exterior grounds upkeep to maintain curb appeal. Requires a High School diploma/GED, at least two years of multi-site, multi-family property management experience, and at least two years of hands-on experience in trades (plumbing, HVAC, boiler, carpentry, appliance, electrical). Valid driver license and background checks including child abuse clearance are required. Weekend work and on-call rotation are part of the role; opportunity to support emergency repairs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- trade school and/or Industry-Trade certifications/Degrees (NAHMS, CAMT, OSHA, HVAC) preferred
- Minimum of two years of multi-site, multi-family, multi-property type operational management experience
- minimum of two years of advanced hands-on experience in trades (plumbing, HVAC, boiler, carpentry, appliance, electrical)
- Valid driver license
- Child abuse clearance and background check
