Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility, including replacing ceiling lights, installing GFCI outlets, and converting fire systems from wired to wireless. Execute hot and cold water system tasks such as draining systems and replacing faucets, while patching holes, performing drywall repairs, and replacing doors as needed. Maintain safety standards and follow site procedures under the direction of the site contact.
