Job Summary
Clean grounds to maintain curb appeal, service apartments to fix issues for current tenants, and turn vacant units ready for new tenants. Perform basic pool cleaning and servicing, conduct light HVAC diagnostics, and handle maintenance tasks across managed apartments in the Springfield Area. After-hours on-call rotation may be required. Pay and specific duties are assigned based on experience.
