Maintenance Technician - The Station Alafaya

Maintenance Technician responsible for assisting in the maintenance program of the community, performing repairs and preventative maintenance of interior and exterior facilities, providing strong customer service, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor. Duties include maintaining a clean OSHA-compliant work environment, monitoring inventory, completing service requests, inspecting the property, adhering to policies, and ensuring safety and timely responses to emergencies. Requires 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; HVAC certification preferred; strong communication and people skills; ability to work weekends and after-hours for emergencies.
