Job Summary
Maintain the community's interior and exterior physical condition through daily inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance while adhering to OSHA standards. Monitor inventory, manage service requests, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Enforce safety policies, respond to emergency calls, and document resident behaviors that violate agreements. Assist the supervisor with turn operations and organize events to foster community engagement. Work weekends and after hours as needed, standing frequently and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- Must be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification preferred
- Computer literacy preferred
