Maintenance Technician - The Standard at St. Louis

Maintain the community's interior and exterior physical condition through daily inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance while adhering to OSHA standards. Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, report time and attendance, and ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner. Enforce safety policies, respond to emergency calls on weekends and after hours, and address resident behaviors that violate community agreements. Exceed resident expectations through active communication and community event participation. This role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in organizing successful property turnovers at Landmark Properties' premier student housing communities.
