Maintenance Technician - The Standard at Flagstaff

Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep and repairs of the community’s interior and exterior conditions, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. Performs preventative maintenance, monitors inventory, conducts inspections, and supports the Maintenance Supervisor. Delivers customer-service oriented support to residents, communicates effectively with residents and staff, and remains available for weekend and after-hours emergency calls. Ensures safety, compliance with policies, and adheres to OSHA standards while helping to create a positive, well-maintained living environment for residents and associates.
