Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will perform mechanical and building maintenance to ensure continuous operation of manufacturing equipment, supporting production and workplace safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED required
- 3-5 years experience in mechanical maintenance function
- Two-year technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to trouble-shoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematics
- Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures
- Working knowledge of fabrication, welding, and machining methods
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
