Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for day-to-day hotel maintenance including plumbing, lighting, and locks; perform preventative checks, minor painting and cosmetic fixes, support external contractors, monitor stock levels for tools and parts, and jump in on ad hoc tasks; work independently within a hybrid hospitality environment across Europe, collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to ensure guest comfort and safety. Requires 2+ years in a similar role, hands-on technical skills with a plumbing focus, ability to stay calm under pressure, independent work ethic with a team mindset, flexibility in tasks and schedules, and fluency in the local language.
