Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Greystar responsible for diagnosing defects and completing assigned work orders, performing make-ready work for vacant units, inspections, material management, and upkeep of grounds and amenities. Duties include troubleshooting and repairing systems per policies and safety standards; documenting work and coordinating with vendors/contractors; maintaining inventory, tools, and supplies; following OSHA guidelines and safety training. Role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license, with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
