Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining fire/life safety systems and a safe, fully functioning facility. Performs routine maintenance, repairs plumbing and electrical systems, coordinates with contractors, and supervises or conducts preventive and emergency maintenance per supervisor instructions. Maintains equipment, grounds, and inventory; attends meetings and supports safety procedures (OSHA, Fire Marshals). Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding, and be on-call for emergencies; High School Diploma or GED preferred with maintenance/construction experience. Portland, OR; full-time, 40 hours/week, non-exempt.
Required Qualifications
